Perseus Strategies has a diverse portfolio of pro bono (unpaid) work. This includes support for political prisoner clients, as well as Managing Director Jared Genser’s role as the Organization of American States Special Advisor on the Responsibility to Protect. While the legal fees for pro bono clients are always waived, the firm does not have any budget for other costs associated with pro bono representations, such as printing, translation/interpretation, and flight/hotels for essential advocacy trips.
