Targeted Sanctions – United States and Foreign
Our firm is committed to pursuing justice for our clients, and others around the world, at times through the application of sanctions against high-level actors responsible for widespread human rights abuses. We work with the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office on Foreign Asset Control, particularly through the Global Magnitsky Sanction Program, as well as UN and foreign sanctions authorities to hold violators accountable. With proper due diligence, we also provide expert assistance in removing undeserved sanctions, ensuring fairness for those wrongfully targeted.

International Tort Claims
We offer top-tier representation in international tort claims, holding wrongdoers accountable for the harms they cause in U.S. courts and through claims commissions and negotiated settlements. We navigate complex legal and political environments to seek justice and compensation for victims.
INTERPOL
We have a robust and highly successful practice representing former political leaders, human rights defenders, business leaders, and individuals who have been the victims of abusive INTERPOL Red, Yellow, and Blue Notices before the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files to secure the removal of such notices. In addition, we have also assisted clients in obtaining access to their files, correcting or deleting data, and making pre-emptive requests based on anticipated actions by governments to request abusive INTERPOL notices.
International Parental Child Abduction
We exclusively represent left-behind parents whose children have been abducted abroad, leveraging our expertise of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and other international frameworks, in coordination with U.S. and foreign counsel. We simultaneously engage in political advocacy and media engagement to seek the safe and timely return of abducted children.
