Thea Kendall-Green

Thea Kendall-Green is an Intern at Perseus Strategies. She worked for the firm previously in 2023 as an International Human Rights Fellow. Her professional experience spans a variety of areas including refugee rights, incarceration issues, and non-violent conflict resolution. She has served as an immigration paralegal in Metro Detroit and as a researcher documenting the human rights violations of Assad-era detention systems in Syria. Thea is also a certified mediator in Scotland, with formal training in conflict resolution and facilitated dialogue in sensitive contexts. Thea holds a B.A. with high distinction in International Studies and Linguistics from the University of Michigan, along with a minor in Computer Science, and an MLitt with merit in Peacebuilding and Mediation from the University of St Andrews.
